Italy had their first confirmed case 24 hours before the UK.
Some of you may not agree but the strategy is working.
By allowing kids into schools (the healthiest) and not shutting the work place down, it seperates the young from the old (most vulnerable).
By ensuring that we go to work as normal, also ensures that industry is still moving, albeit slowly.
The NHS doesnt get swamped, the sick are filtered slowly through the system and by the time their isolation passes, the next wave are already recovering too.
Yes there are going to be casulaties but these are people with pre existing underlying issues.
It's not perfect, it never is but it's better than most.
