cause like i also get super excited over the smallest things and i'm loud and energetic af with the people i'm comfortable with and 90% of the time they do NOT match my energy because they simply do not HAVE that level of energy 😭

does it upset me? yes. does it burst my bubble a little? also yes.
but is it their fault? are they obligated to match 100% of my energy? no.
am i an overly sensitive person? absolutely.

and whenever that happens i do get a little bit sad but i've worked on it for long enough that now i just move past it and continue on with whatever i was saying and the hurt never lasts longer than a few minutes.

but like on twitter i keep seeing people saying that the team was being mean to buck in that scene? they were being a bit weird yes, but not necessarily mean?😭
it's been feeling like this for quite a while now that a lot of the things that happen, the dialogues, the weird dynamics, etc, all feel a lot more like bad writing than the characters' fault.

like in that cookie scene when buck kept going on about how he'd been trying to recreate bobby's recipe for someone in that room to finally go "oh yeah i remember what you're talking about" and then none of them did, it just felt like bad writing.
