Russian troops advanced 1,700 meters south of Berestovoe and advanced 700 meters north of Miasozharovka (Artemovka).

Stelmakhovka sits on top of very strategic heights. A Ukrainian loss here will put Lozova within Russia's fire range - a vital military logistics hub for the south-Kupyansk sector.
