Finland shares a land border with Russia that extends over 1,000 miles, including being located less than 200 miles from the second largest city in Russia and the former capital of the Russian Empire, St. Petersburg.

🇺🇬 - Uganda's General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, son of the country's president Musuveni, has declared that Uganda will send soldiers to defend Moscow if it is "threatened by imperialists" and that he is a "Putinist".
General Kainerugaba is known for his support of Russia and for his nationalist views, declaring in 2022 that he (then commander of Uganda's army) could easily conquer Kenya in the event of a diplomatic breakdown between the two countries.
