The movement captured was part of a column that left Sarrin, SDF-controlled Syria, over 1,000km away from Aleppo. The column was heading west, towards Manbij, also SDF controlled.

There is no evacuation and it's no where near Aleppo. Turkish outlets continue circulating false propaganda.
