🇷🇺🇸🇾⚡- Russian military general in Syria, Oleg Blokhin, says "for four days our military convoys have been stuck," and our "ships have been standing at anchor since January 5" in Syria. He says the new authorities won't supply electricity to the Russian military units, as a result the Russians are unable to withdraw.

"It has not yet been possible to agree on a normal solution for the evacuation of our bases," says Blokhin. And says that the Russian units in Syria have been "taken hostage," with the new Syrian government "resorting to blackmail." Blokhin says that the Syrian government has cut all communications with Russia's main Khmeimim military base, and are seeking to "communicate with someone of higher rank" in Moscow.

With the reason being for "Russia to remove the status of terrorists from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, and Abu Muhammad al-Julani." The second reason being "is to demand payment for the opportunity to calmly evacuate our bases. And the payment, in addition to money, may include food and fuel, which the new authorities of Syria are running out of catastrophically quickly."
