The timing coincides with Trump's visit to Qatar tomorrow, who's set to meet the Qatari political leadership, as well as an Israeli delegation representing the hostages. Note, the Israeli team representing the hostages are very anti-Netanyahu.

⚡️🇸🇦🇺🇸 Reuters: The US and Saudi Arabia have reportedly held talks over Riyadh’s potential purchase of F-35 fighter jets.

The discussions are part of a broader bilateral defence agreement, which includes limiting Chinese military ties and expanding US military and technology cooperation.

Any sale would need to comply with Washington’s commitment to preserving Israel’s qualitative military edge and would require congressional approval.
