The video shows a fake military base under the hospital, mocking Israel's claims over hospitals in the Gaza Strip.

Note, while Iran has lost a large number of launchers, and have been pushed to firing mostly from the center of Iran rather than the west, a number of the destroyed launch pads are decoys too. The actual number of losses is probably much lower than the figure being widely reported.
