🇺🇸🇨🇳⚡️- US Judge rejects Hauwei Technologies bid to dismiss federal indictments accusing the company of stealing tech secrets from six American companies and lying to US banks about its work in Iran.

The criminal case began in 2018 during the first Trump Administrations "China Initiative" to address Chinese intellectual property theft, the program was scrapped during the Biden Admin over accusations of racial profiling.

The trial is set to begin May 4, 2026.
