🇸🇾 - Note, this video was initially posted by journalists formerly associated with Hayat Tahrir al-Sham. Syrian journalists claimed it was the Druze who had left their dead and wounded behind.

Pro-Israeli propaganda falsely began circulating the footage as a "Hayat Tahrir al-Sham massacre," even though the hospital was under Druze control, see video.

In its place the Syrian Interior Ministry's Public Internal Security forces will take over the city.

A Ministry of Health convoy of 15 ambulances and medical staff have also arrived in the city.
