🇬🇧⚡️- Labour Government will be passing its electoral reforms soon. Major changes include:

-Lowering the voting age to 16 nationwide
-Automatic voter registration and allowing the use of bank cards as valid ID
-Combating "foreign influence" by scrutinizing donations over £500 from unincorporated associations and targeting loop holes used by shell corporations
-Beefing up penalties for candidate and voter intimidation

The goal of these changes is to "strengthen democratic institutions and reinforce safeguards against foreign influence" according to Democracy Minister Rushanara Ali (born in Bangledesh)

An ITV News poll showed that 16 and 17 year olds would vote 33% for Labour, 20% for Reform, 18% for Greens, 12% for LibDems, and a measly 10% would for for the Conservatives.

It should be noted that Britains new non-White population has a median age far lower than the native White population, with over 60% of "mixed ethnic group" people below the age of 25 according to official figures from the UK Government. Which of course due to recent revelations are up for scrutiny.
