🇵🇸🇮🇱⚡️- A terrorist attack in the West Bank has resulted in 1 dead and 3 wounded. The attack at the Gush Etzion Junction began with a ramming attack before 2 individuals exited the vehicle and began to attack civilians with knives. Both terrorists were neutralized by security forces. Explosive materials were later found in their vehicle.

Hamas released a statement saying the attack was "a natural response to Israel’s attempts to eliminate the Palestinian cause and to the rampage of the occupation and the settlers in the West Bank."

With talks underway, it is likely Russia is to return to the military outposts that Russian forces withdrew from in December of 2024, following the collapse of the Assad regime. A joint Russian-Turkish delegation toured some of the outposts and towns in the area over the weekend

One of Israel's primary tasks in southern Syria has been to prevent the outposts from falling into the new Syrian government control. Most of the Russian outposts have either been destroyed during the Israeli incursions over the past year, or are in use by the IDF themselves.

- 9 outposts in total have been operated by Israel in the past year. 6 have been destroyed (although their trench systems still exist), and 3 are in use by the Israeli forces.
- 5 have never been operated by Israel, including the largest outpost at 33.13187, 35.95723.

- The Russian observation post near Nafa`ah, southwest Daraa, is not shown on the map as it was still under construction during the fall of Assad, therefore no Russian troops were ever stationed there.
