In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

“Fight the polytheists altogether as they fight you altogether, and know that God is with the righteous.”

We direct our call to the mujahideen brothers in the eastern and western parts of the earth, and to everyone whose heart is filled with faith, who loves God and His Messenger, and who is certain that honor belongs to God, His Messenger, and the believers; and to everyone who refuses to allow the front of disbelief and hypocrisy to dominate the people of faith and justice—to prepare for a comprehensive war in support of and assistance to the Islamic Republic of Iran, the fortress of the Ummah and its honor, which has stood for more than four decades alongside the oppressed and all the just causes of the Ummah of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), without regard to sect, color, or race.

Today, the forces of misguidance—among the Zionists of the earth and their tyrants—have united in an attempt to subjugate it, or rather to destroy it and demolish all moral and ethical constants across the face of the globe. As we stress the necessity of supporting it by the forces of the Axis and assisting it to the fullest of their ability, we affirm to the enemies that war against the Republic will not be a picnic; rather, you will taste in it the many forms of deadly death, and nothing of yours will remain in our region. “And We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve.”

And we say to our dear mujahideen brothers to prepare themselves militarily for that, and to ready themselves for one of the two good outcomes, especially if jihad is declared by the honorable religious authorities to wage this sacred war, and for whatever rulings or jihadi actions it entails, rising even to martyrdom operations, in defense of the people of Islam and its sanctity. “So fight the leaders of disbelief; indeed, they have no oaths.”
