Note, Saudi Arabia adheres to the law of being the 'Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques', which prevents non-Muslim foreign troops being stationed near Mecca and Medina. In the 1990s, Riyadh witnessed a major internal conflict when it allowed US troops on the ground to assist in repelling Saddam Hussein's invasion of Kuwait.

🇮🇷🇱🇰⚡- BREAKING: A second Iranian naval vessel is currently in international waters, just outside Sri Lanka's territorial water-spaces. The vessel has requested an emergency port call to avoid being targeted by the US Navy.

The vessel hasn't yet received clearance from the Sri Lanka government.

🇮🇷🇦🇿⚡- Iran denies it was behind the two drone attacks on Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan exclave.

Azerbaijani authorities report two injuries from the drone strikes, where one Iranian projectile having struck the Nakhchivan International Airport, the other impacted a school in Shekarabad, Nakhchivan.
