🇬🇪⚡- Georgian Police have barricaded entrances of the Parliament against the waves of protests. Tensions continue to escalate, as the Foreign Agent bill has been passed.

🇪🇺🇽🇰 - Yesterday's voting has come through, regarding Kosovo's entrance into Council of Europe.

🇬🇪⚡- Pro-Western Georgian President, Salome Zurabishvili, said she would veto the Foreign Agent bill, after it had passed in Parliament.

However, the Georgian Parliament can override a President's veto if the bill passes as a Parliamentary majority.

🇮🇷🇮🇱⚡️- Israeli and American sources told Axios that Israel planned to carry out its retaliatory strike on Iran on Monday evening, but ultimately delayed it

🇮🇷🇮🇱⚡️- Rumors that Israel will wait until the end of Passover, April 30th, to retaliate against Iran.

🇬🇪⚡- Scenes from Georgia, this evening. Protests have entered the fourth day, with numbers reaching tens of thousands, spreading into other cities too.

🇦🇷⚡- Argentina have submitted their application to join NATO as an 'Official Partner', a status similar to that of Australia, Japan, Pakistan, South Korea and others.

🇬🇪⚡- Georgia's more pro-Russian Prime Minister, Irakli Garibashvili, has said the controversial Foreign Agent bill "will help prevent Ukrainization".

To which the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reacted furiously, stating, "Russification, but not mythical ‘Ukrainization’, is a real threat to Georgia."

Georgia's pro-Western President, Salome Zurabishvili, again reiterated she will veto the "scandalous bill", but this time acknowledged that her veto will be "overturned", as the bill is supported by the "majority of Georgia's Parliament".

🇰🇪⚡- Kenya's Chief of Defense Francis Ogolla dies in helicopter crash.

🇬🇪⚡- Scenes from Zugdidi today, a town of only 40,000, but drew crowds of thousands to protest, according to Georgian media.

Zugdidi, ironically, also borders Abkhazia, and the city was the scene of a major battle in 2008, which saw Russian forces temporarily capture the outskirts.

Protests continued across the country, from Telavi to Batumi.

🇷🇺⚡- Rosgvardia have been deployed to the Chechnya and Dagestan border. After a Chechen official was arrested by Dagestani police.

🇷🇺⚡- The arrest of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Chechnya, Alikhan Tsakaev, in Dagestan, by Dagestani forces.

🇷🇺⚡- Ramzan Kadyrov, Head of the Chechen State, claimed the arrest was a "shameful provocation".

Sergei Melikov, Head of the Dagestan State, said he "hopes Kadyrov did not have his employees in mind" when he "spoke about shameful provocations". And that Tsakaev attempted to "run over his employees".

Tsakaev was detained for not carrying 'official documents' while intoxicated. The Russian National Guard has arrived to diffuse the situation.
