"They told us that they built beautiful fortifications and constructions. And that the region was completely ready. Who will be punished for this?"

Volchans'k Ukrainian Military Officer also said "Syniehubov did not waste money on fortifications and now the military is paying with their lives for such 'bosses'. Syniehubov is a despicable thief".
