If you are reading this message, it means that I am no longer in this world. Don't be too sad, I am at peace with that. I have no regrets and I died doing what I thought was right. Defending the weakest and staying true to my ideals of justice, equality and freedom.
So, despite my untimely departure, my life was a success. I am almost certain that I left with a smile on my face. I couldn't ask for more.
I wish you all the best in this world and I hope that one day you too will decide to give your lives for others (if you haven't already) because it is the only way to change the world.
Only by fighting the individualism and selfishness in each of us can we make a difference. These are difficult times, I know, but don't despair, never give up hope, never! Not even for a second.

Massaker und Proteste in Jindires
Gestern feierten die kurdischen Bewohner der nordsyrischen Stadt Jindires Newroz, als auf sie das Feuer eröffnet wurde und 4 Personen getötet wurden.
Seitdem kommt es zu wütenden Protesten in der Stadt, die ein Ende der Besatzung und den Abzug der islamistischen Milizen fordern.
Es ist das erste Mal seit Langem, dass sich ziviler Widerstand in der Region regt.
2018 griff die Türkei Afrin an und besetzte die Region, in der auch Jindires liegt, die bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt vom syrischen Bürgerkrieg verschont geblieben war. Zuvor war Afrin fast 90% kurdisch und eine Hochburg des Befreiungskampfes.
Seit der Besatzung herrschen in der Region Islamisten, etwa 300.000 Personen wurden aus der Region vertrieben. Die kurdischen Bevölkerung und andere Minderheiten werden gewaltsam unterdrückt oder haben die Region verlassen. Die Türkei siedelt gezielt Familien islamistischer Kämpfer an, um die Demografie nachhaltig zu verändern. Waldgebiete und der Olivenanbau werden gezielt zerstört.

In 4 Teilen Kurdistans gibt es einen historischen Widerstand gegen den Faschismus. Einer der schwierigsten dieser historischen Widerstände findet auf der Imrali-Gefängnisinsel statt. Der kurdische Repräsentant Abdullah Öcalan wird seit über 24 Jahren auf der Imrali-Gefängnisinsel gefangen gehalten. Durch diese Isolationspolitik wird versucht, alle Widerstand leistenden kurdischen Menschen, zu isolieren. Wir hören seit 25 Monaten nichts von Rêber Apo und als kurdische Jugend machen wir uns Sorgen um seine physische Gesundheit.
Aus diesem Grund gehen wir als Revolutionäre Kurdische Jugend und Revolutionäre Kurdische Frauenunion auf die Strasse für die physische Freiheit von Rêber Apo. Mit der Wärme des Newroz-Feuers laden wir alle kurdischen Jugendlichen und solidarischen Menschen zu unserer Demo ein!

The historical resistance and heroism of the HPG and YJA Star guerrillas against the invasion attack launched by the Turkish army on the Medya Defense Areas on April 14, 2022 was the subject of a resistance song called "Kuro Jahro"

Kurdish resistance denounces queerphobic attack during Newroz Frankfurt
During the massive Kurdish New Year demonstration in Frankfurt, an activist with a rainbow flag was attacked. The aggressors were supporters of the KDP (Kurdish Democratic Party), which has a history of Turkish AKP collaboration. Indeed, the flags were protesting the Turkish fascist, queerphobic attacks during the Newroz in Amed.
The Kurdish organisers condemned the attack, and the YDG (New Democratic Youth) highlighted the living solidarity of the revolutionaries, who fought off the attackers and circled the targeted in protection. “The revolutionary solidarity between all comrades at the Newroz binds us together in the struggle for a free Kurdistan—and for a world free from all oppression!” The YDG remembered martyrs like Ivana Hoffman, Okan Altunöz and Anna Campbell, who gave their lives as LGBTI+ fighters in Rojava.
