You don’t understand the degree to which it allows your mind to organise your entire reality better. Especially if a kinaesthetic person.
My life is so much better when I have a whiteboard to map everything out

The conscious mind can only juggle so much at any one given time…
You want to free up RAM as much as possible. Best way to do that = constantly offloading.
