of Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine of Russian Federation

◽️The special services of Ukraine have prepared a new large-scale anti-Russian provocation aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and accusing Russian servicemen of allegedly committing war crimes.

◽️On the eve of the Orthodox Christmas, representatives of the State Bureau of Investigation and the Security Service of Ukraine arranged for the opening of graves in cemeteries near Kazachya Lopan, Velikiy Burluk, Shypovatoye and Khatnoye (Kharkov region), where local citizens were buried who died of natural causes during the deployment of Russian troops in these areas from February 24 to September 6, 2022.

◽️After the exhumation, the bodies of Ukrainian citizens were further disfigured and dumped into specially prepared ‘pits’ on the outskirts of these settlements to create false ‘evidence’ of alleged ‘torture’ and ‘shootings’ of civilians by Russian servicemen.

◽️Representatives of the Ukrainian special services and law enforcement agencies are currently photographing and videotaping the bodies of dead Ukrainian citizens, as well as imitating the work of ‘forensic experts’ and other ‘procedural actions’ in the presence of fake ‘witnesses’.

◽️Through these inhumane methods, Kiev regime, in the absence of any success on the battlefield, seeks to keep the attention of Western audiences and convince foreign partners of Kiev regime of the need to continue to support it.

❗️В газете «Политикен» в номере от 8 января 2023 года рассматриваются случаи с «исчезновением» в марте и октябре 2022 года GPS-сигналов в различных районах Балтийского моря, что создавало серьезные риски для безопасности судоходства.

▪️ Отмечается, что вероятная причина – использование специальной аппаратуры «глушения» GPS-сигналов. Виновный в этих инцидентах не установлен. Тем не менее, приводится «экспертное» мнение о якобы возможной причастности России. Аргументы - события на Украине и наличие российских военных интересов в районе Балтийского моря. Такая логика бездоказательна и порочна. Россия - прибрежное государство и пребывание ее кораблей в Балтийском море абсолютно рутинное дело. Равным образом подозревать можно и государства-членов НАТО.

🔴 Зацикленность на России как источнике зла явно зашкаливает. В качестве «русского следа» в полицейских отчетах о расследовании сбоев в навигационном оборудовании парома, курсирующем между Швецией и датским островом Борнхольм, указывается на найденную российскую ушанку с кокардой. Однако, как потом выяснилось, именно такие ушанки продаются в сувенирной лавке города Сванеке на Борнхольме, и «статус» ушанки был изменен с «вещественного доказательства» на «забытую вещь».

✔️ Россия заинтересована в безопасности судоходства в Балтийском море и готова к сотрудничеству. Только совместными усилиями можно установить виновных в подобных инцидентах и не допустить их повторения в будущем.

❗️ Politiken af 8. januar 2023 omhandler "forsvinden" i marts og oktober 2022 af GPS-signaler i forskellige områder af Østersøen, hvilket skabte alvorlige risici for sejladssikkerheden.

▪️ Det bemærkes, at den sandsynlige årsag er brugen af specialudstyr til at "jamme" GPS-signaler. Den ansvarlige for disse hændelser er ikke blevet identificeret. Ikke desto mindre afgives en "ekspert" udtalelse om den påståede mulige involvering af Rusland. Det er begivenhederne i Ukraine og tilstedeværelsen af russiske militære interesser i Østersøområdet, der nævnes som argumenterne. Sådan logik er ubevist og ondskabsfuld. Rusland er en kyststat, og dets skibes ophold i Østersøen er absolut rutine. NATO's medlemslande kan være lige så mistænkelige i dette forhold.

🔴 Der er en slags for fiks idé om Rusland som kilde til ondskab. Som et "russisk spor" i politirapporter om efterforskning af svigt i færgens navigationsudstyr, der sejler mellem Sverige og Bornholm, blev der fundet ” 1 stk. russerhue med russisk hammer og segl”. Men som det senere viste sig, sælges huen i souvenirbutikken i Svaneke by på Bornholm, og dens "status" blev ændret fra "et bevis" til "et glemt ting".

✔️ Rusland er interesseret i sikkerheden ved sejlads i Østersøen og er klar til samarbejde. Kun ved fælles indsats kan vi identificere de ansvarlige for sådanne hændelser og forhindre, at de gentager sig i fremtiden.

❗️ Рассматриваем решение иллюстратора, академика, заслуженного художника Российской Федерации Анастасии Архиповой отказаться от поста председателя жюри детской книжной премии имени Х.К. Андерсена как результат откровенной травли со стороны представителей стран Балтии, Бельгии, Швеции, Норвегии, Финляндии и Дании.

👉 Решение о назначении А.Архиповой на этот пост было принято 7 сентября 2022 г. подавляющим большинством делегатов 38-го Всемирного конгресса по детской книге IBBY, участие в котором приняло более 300 специалистов по детской литературе и чтению из разных стран мира.

🔴 Несмотря на международное признание профессиональных компетенций А.Архиповой в области продвижения детской литературы, западные страны продолжают преследования российских деятелей культуры по национальному признаку, не понимая, видимо, что таким образом прямо разрушают глобальное взаимодействие в области культуры.

❗️ Считаем подобную «охоту на ведьм» в духе средневековой инквизиции недопустимой в цивилизованном мире.

👉Beslutningen om at udnævne Anastasia Arkhipova til denne post blev truffet den 7. september 2022 af det overvældende flertal af delegerede til den 38. IBBY World Congress on Children's Books, hvor mere end 300 specialister i børnelitteratur og læsning fra hele verden var til stede.

🔴 På trods af den internationale anerkendelse af Anastasia Arkhipovas faglige kompetencer inden for promovering af børnelitteratur, fortsætter vestlige lande med at forfølge russiske kulturpersonligheder på nationalt grundlag. Det ser ud som at disse stater ikke er klar over, at de på denne måde direkte ødelægger det globale samspil på kulturområdet.

🗓 On January 18, 1943, the Red Army broke the siege of Leningrad during Iskra (Spark) Offensive waged by the Leningrad and Volkhov fronts.

The breaking of the siege improved the city’s economic situation and delivery of supplies for the troops and civilians. The breach of the blockade meant above all that the besieged city had a ground line to the mainland. Convoys carrying food, fuel and raw materials poured into Leningrad, where new production facilities opened, and restoration of the city infrastructure began.

As for military significance, breaking the siege destroyed Hitler’s plans of storming Leningrad, which is why historians and military experts view Iskra (Spark) Offensive as the turning point of the 1941-1944 Battle of Leningrad. By breaking the siege, the Red Army snatched the initiative in that section of the Soviet-German front.

💬 17 января по инициативе России состоялось заседание Совета Безопасности ООН по проблематике гонений на православие на Украине, проводимых киевскими властями.

• массовых обысков Службы безопасности Украины в монастырях и общинах УПЦ,
• рейдерских захватов храмов под видом «добровольных переходов» в другую конфессию,
• возбуждения уголовных дел против духовенства по надуманным причинам,

Постоянный представитель России при ООН В.А.Небензя подчеркнул, что введение в стране дискриминационных законодательных норм против верующих УПЦ противоречит не только Конституции Украины, но и её международным правозащитным обязательствам.

❗️ Решение датского правительства о передаче Украине гаубиц «Цезарь» нацелено на затягивание и дальнейшую эскалацию боевых действий, но не способно изменить их общий ход в пользу Киева. Оно неизбежно приведет к новым жертвам. ❗️ Den danske regerings beslutning om at donere Caesar-haubitser til Ukraine har til formål at forsinke og yderligere eskalere konflikten, men er ikke i stand til at ændre dens generelle kurs til fordel for Kiev. Det vil uundgåeligt føre til nye ofre. 🔹 What is happening in Ukraine now is the result of preparations by the US and its satellites for the start of a global hybrid war against Russia.

"Самолеты ВКС России осуществляют регулярные перелеты между Санкт-Петербургом и Калининградом. Они следуют в международном воздушном пространстве, в том числе по согласованному группой по авиабезопасности под эгидой ИКАО «внетрассовому» маршруту над Балтикой. Тем не менее, российские военные самолеты регулярно перехватываются для идентификации и сопровождения.

Предложения России по мерам по укреплению доверия и безопасности в районе Балтийского моря, которые были сделаны странам НАТО, в том числе Дании, за несколько лет до начала конфликта на Украине, были проигнорированы. "De russiske militærfly udfører regelmæssige flyvninger mellem St. Petersborg og Kaliningrad. De følger i internationalt luftrum, herunder ruten over Østersøen, der ikke bruges af civile fly og er godkendt af luftfartssikkerhedsgruppen under ICAO. Russiske militærfly bliver dog jævnligt opfanget med henblik på identifikation og eskortering.

Ruslands forslag om tillids- og sikkerhedsskabende tiltag i Østersøområdet, som blev stillet til NATO-lande, herunder Danmark, få år før konflikten i Ukraine startede, blev ignoreret. Det drejede sig især om militærflys obligatoriske brug af transpondere. I første omgang tilhørte ideen den finske præsident, som Rusland støttede. NATO-landene afviste dog blankt dette initiativ, selvom hvis det blev gennemført, ville antallet af luftaflytningssager for at identificere hinandens fly være blevet reduceret drastisk. Risikoen for utilsigtede hændelser vil også blive minimeret.

💬 Разочарованы решением Генсекретаря ООН выдвинуть неконсенсусного кандидата на пост Исполнительного директора Программы ООН по окружающей среде (ЮНЕП).

❗️ На протяжении продолжительного времени мы доводили до А.Гутерреша нашу озабоченность в отношении практики назначения на пост главы ЮНЕП кандидатов только от одного региона. С 1992 г. – уже более 30 лет – руководителями ЮНЕП становились исключительно представители западной группы стран (Канада, Германия, Норвегия, Дания). Данная тенденция носит дискриминационный характер по отношению к другим государствам-членам ООН и нарушает зафиксированный в Уставе ООН принцип справедливой географической представленности.

С учетом возрастающей актуальности проблематики охраны окружающей среды подчеркиваем, что фигура руководителя центральной природоохранной организации системы ООН должна обладать легитимностью и авторитетом для продвижения объединительной и неполитизированной повестки дня в интересах всех без исключения стран.

С сожалением вынуждены констатировать, что итоги голосования в Генассамблее ООН по кандидатуре датчанки И.Андерсен свидетельствуют об обратном.

🇷🇺 Statement of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service:

⚡️ Sergey Naryshkin, Director of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service, said that his agency getting reliable reports that the Ukrainian armed forces have been using nuclear power stations to store arms and ammunition supplied by the West. This includes the most expensive and rare systems the Ukraine Armed Forces are receiving for the HIMARS MRLs and foreign air defence systems, as well as large-calibre artillery shells. Several train cars carrying the deadly cargo from abroad transited through Rafalovka station to the Rovno NPP in the last week of December 2022 alone.

The plan of the Kiev regime is clear. The Ukrainian Armed Forces command hides the ammunition in the rear, using nuclear reactors as their shields, just like when the Banderites shell cities in Donbass and other borderline Russian regions from behind the backs of innocent Ukrainian civilians. The idea is that the Russian Armed Forces would not target NPPs with their strikes, fearing a nuclear disaster. If the warehouses detonate or a nuclear power station is destroyed by yet another Ukrainian air defence missile after it veers off course, they can always blame Moscow for the tragedy. Kiev is confident that this would be the case, considering the tacit approval by the West of the Ukrainian artillery strikes against the Zaporozhye NPP.

❗️ International terrorists often use methods of this kind. However, instead of taking just a few civilians hostage, the Kiev regime uses tens or even hundreds of thousands of civilians in its own and neighbouring countries as hostages. It is our hope that it does not occur to anyone in Kiev to deliberately set off explosions at these warehouses with the expectation that this would enable them to get even more weapons and ammunition from the United States and its allies.

🎙 Address by President of Russia Vladimir Putin to heads of Eurasian Economic Union Member States (January 23, 2023)

💬 On January 1, 2023, Russia took over the chairmanship of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council and the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

It is obvious that the Union has every opportunity to become one of the strong, independent, self-sufficient poles in the emerging multipolar world.

Developing the technological potential of EAEU member states, attaining genuine independence and self-sufficiency in this sphere should become one of the most important strategic priorities of our joint work.

🌐 I would like to specifically stress the importance of building mutually beneficial and equal cooperation between the union and external partners and international associations.

Expanding the geography of the EAEU’s international links and contacts with countries in the Asia-Pacific Region, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America would help boost exports of the union’s products and build new logistics chains.

☝️ We count on close cooperation and support from the EAEU member states in the practical implementation of the priorities of Russia’s presidency in 2023.

🇷🇺🇺🇳 On January 20, the fourth session of the UN Ad Hoc Intergovernmental Committee to Elaborate a Comprehensive International Convention on Countering the Use of Information and Communications Technologies for Criminal Purposes (hereinafter “the Ad Hoc Committee”), which was set up at Russia’s initiative, concluded its session in Vienna.

During the session, several UN member countries submitted proposals relating to the provisions of the first three chapters of the future document, which are Criminalisation, General Provisions and Procedural Measures and Law Enforcement. <...> An international agreement like this is much needed because of the high penetration levels of information and communications technologies around the world and how quickly it is developing.

❗️ The Russian Federation, jointly with like-minded [nations] and developing countries, is seeking to secure that the document being drafted can be applied on a broad scale and that it contains the commitment of countries to safeguard their national sovereignty and counter the use of information and communications technologies for terrorist or extremist purposes, or to justify Nazism, or distribute drugs or weapons.

The United States and its satellites oppose this approach as they seek to entrench the West’s technological superiority in cyberspace, untie the hands of their own intelligence services and IT giants, so they feel free to engage in blackmail, sabotage and the uncontrolled collection of user data around the world, and also to scale down international cooperation as much as possible by pushing through purely Western-style human rights standards.

☝️ Russia, in close coordination with like-minded [nations], will continue working to draft an effective and comprehensive document with an eye to national law and the UN Charter principles during the next session in Vienna, which is scheduled for April 11-21, 2023.

⚡️ On January 24-25, the 18th extraordinary session of the World Heritage Committee, which is responsible for the implementation of the 1972 Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage, took place at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.

A group of countries of the “collective West,” using direct support from the no longer objective UNESCO Secretariat, have pushed through a politically biased and scientifically unsubstantiated decision to inscribe the Historic Centre of the Port City of Odessa on the World Heritage List “in the face of threats of destruction.” The decision was prepared hastily and in violation of UNESCO’s high standards.

☝️ Thereby, the Western countries have again demonstrated their disregard for the rules of procedure at the World Heritage Committee and readiness to sacrifice the once high prestige of UNESCO and its basic 1972 Convention.

It is notable that two thirds of the Committee member states did not support the questionable move initiated by the Kiev regime’s handlers: the decision was taken by six out of 21 votes.

We do not question the cultural heritage and the glorious past of Odessa in the Russian state, and it is logical that it has been inscribed as a heritage site in the face of destruction. However, it should be clarified that the only threat to that city with a rich history comes from Ukraine’s nationalist regime, which has been systematically destroying monuments to the great founders and defenders of Odessa, namely, Empress Catherine II and her associates: Iosif Deribas, Platon Zubov, Francois-Paul Sainte de Wollant, Prince Alexander Potyomkin and Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who are integral to the centuries-old historical and architectural heritage of the city.

❗️ UNESCO should have separately condemned the deployment and use of military facilities and weapons in the Port City of Odessa. But nobody has uttered as much as a word about that, for some reason.

❗️27 января в Копенгагене, в том числе перед зданием Консульского отдела Посольства России в Дании, состоялась серия кощунственных акций по сжиганию Корана - книги, священной для мусульман.

❌Публичное глумление над чувствами верующих, организованное при попустительстве датских властей, является не проявлением свободы слова и демократии, а грубой и невежественной провокацией, рассчитанной на разжигание межрелигиозной розни и межцивилизационного конфликта.

☝🏻Возможности для подобных выходок должны быть полностью исключены, а их организаторы привлечены к ответственности.

❗️Den 27. januar fandt en række blasfemiske begivenheder sted i København, herunder foran bygningen af ​​konsulatafdeling af den russiske ambassade i Danmark, for at brænde Koranen, en bog, der er hellig for muslimer.

❌Offentlig hån mod de troendes følelser, organiseret med de danske myndigheders medvirken, er ikke et udtryk af ytringsfrihed og demokrati, men en uforskammet og uvidende provokation, beregnet til at anspore til tværreligiøst had og inter-civilisatorisk konflikt.

☝🏻Muligheder for sådan en ballade skal helt udelukkes, samt arrangørerne må stå til ansvar.

⚡️ Заявление МИД России в связи с очередным военным преступлением киевского режима и стран Запада

28 января вооружённые силы Украины, использующие системы залпового огня «HIMARS» производства США и предоставляемую странами НАТО разведывательную информацию, включая спутниковую, нанесли удар по больнице в Новоайдаре Луганской Народной Республики Российской Федерации. Погибли 14 человек. Ещё 24 получили ранения разной степени тяжести.

⚠️ Преднамеренный обстрел действующих гражданских медицинских учреждений и целенаправленное убийство мирных граждан являются тяжкими военными преступлениями киевского режима и его западных хозяев.

Отсутствие реакции со стороны США и других стран НАТО на это очередное чудовищное растаптывание Киевом международного гуманитарного права ещё раз подтверждает их прямую вовлеченность в конфликт и причастность к совершаемым преступлениям.

☝️ Налицо откровенные двойные стандарты. Страны Запада вместе с Киевом устраивали истерики в связи с провокационными инсценировками «преступлений» российской армии в Буче и Ирпене, которых на самом деле не было, но упорно не замечают вопиющие варварские действия нацистского киевского режима, убивающего мирных людей из американского, британского, французского и германского оружия. Они носятся с идеями создания незаконного «трибунала» против России, но ничего не говорят о необходимости суда над украинским руководством и военными за их очевидные по сути каждодневные преступления. За подобной неуклюжей тактикой видна явная попытка отвлечь внимание от собственной ответственности за их свершение. Ясно, что западники и Киев не имеют ни формального, ни морального права на упомянутые вздорные обвинения в наш адрес.

❗️ Все эти творимые киевскими вооружёнными формированиями под эгидой Запада акты криминального беспредела не будут оставлены безнаказанными. Они тщательно фиксируются. Организаторы и исполнители понесут неотвратимое наказание.

⚡️ Russian Foreign Ministry’s announcement on another war crime by the Kiev regime and Western countries

On January 28, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, using US-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems and intelligence information provided by NATO countries, including satellite information, attacked a hospital in Novoaydar, Lugansk People’s Republic of the Russian Federation. Fourteen were killed. Another 24 received injuries of varying severity.

⚠️ The deliberate shelling of active civilian medical facilities and the targeted killing of civilians are grave war crimes committed by the Kiev regime and its Western masters.

The lack of reaction from the United States and other NATO countries to yet another monstrous trampling of international humanitarian law by Kiev once again reaffirms their direct involvement in the conflict and in the crimes committed.

☝️ These are clearly double standards. Western countries, together with Kiev, threw tantrums following what was a provocative staging of supposed Russian army crimes in Bucha and Irpen, when in fact these events never happened, and stubbornly prefer not to notice the blatant and barbaric actions of the Nazi Kiev regime, which kills civilians with American, British, French, and German weapons. They have fixed the idea of creating an illegal tribunal against Russia, but say nothing about the need to try the Ukrainian leadership and the military for their obvious everyday crimes. Such clumsy tactics hide their clear attempt to divert attention from their own responsibility for these acts. It is clear that Western countries and Kiev have neither a formal nor a moral right to the abovementioned absurd accusations against us.

❗️ All these criminal lawless acts performed by Kiev armed formations under the auspices of the West will not be left unpunished. They are being carefully noted. The organisers and performers will inevitably suffer punishment.

A Russian representative at the 152-nd session of the WHO Executive Board:

🏥 In total, since April 2014, more than 150 medical institutions in DPR and 45 in LPR have been damaged by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

❌ Unfortunately, Western colleagues once again distort facts or use blatant disinformation. It's no secret that the long–term goal of the US and its allies in Ukraine is "victory over Russia on the battlefield by any means".

❗️ Meanwhile, the Kiev regime resorts to war crimes like:

1⃣ Use of civilians as "human shields";

2⃣ Placement of military equipment and establishing firing positions in residential buildings and civilian infrastructure;

3⃣ Transportation of military personnel and military cargo on medical and other non-specialized vehicles with "non-combatant" markings;

4⃣ Use of prohibited inhumane types of weapons, i.a. cluster and unguided ammunition with wide-area impact;

5⃣ Preventing evacuation of civilians;

6⃣ Murders and tortures of Russian POWs.
