Tutorial on How to Flash a Custom Rom on the Tecno Pova 4 Series Devices :

1. Make sure you have carried out the initial steps before starting a custom ROM if this is your first time trying a custom ROM. If so, please continue to number 2.

2. Flash the vendor_boot.img provided in the custom ROM denoscription, using the command:

fastboot flash vendor_boot --slot=all "path/to/your/vendor_boot.img"

3. Reboot into recovery and select Factory Reset. Once finished, select Apply Update. You can choose to flash the Rom using Adb sideload or directly from the SD Card.

4. Flash the Rom and if there is a pop up notification "Install Anyway" just select Yes.

5. Wait until the flashing process is complete then if the pop up notification appears again, please just select Yes. You will automatically reboot into recovery again and your slot will change.

6. If you have entered Recovery again, please carry out the Rom Flashing Process once again.

Factory Reset > Apply Update

7. When you have finished the Flashing Rom process for the second time, you are free to choose between Yes or No.

* I recommend that you select Yes if you are using a Vanilla Rom, because you have to reboot into Recovery again to be able to install Gapps Packages. If you have done the method above, then all you have to do is pray that the Custom Rom you installed can boot into the system.

I mean hot in this caption is this rom is really my favorite one of the best rom besides gore Rom 😂
