This is Tutorial How to get stock boot image from custom ROM if the maintainer didn't give you link to the boot.img and patch the stock boot image on Root Manager (I use Kowsu as my Root Manager)

Rebuild for fix installation packages zip (custom kernel or etc)
sadly i tried to fix it but it seems the problem still appear, so for now you must root via patch boot.img and flash it through fastboot or using template for root to be able to flash the patch boot on recovery
