claude helpdesk support is honestly the most useless thing in the world.

I have a very strange issue with connecting claude code to our teams organization.
At first I had to waste half an hour with their “helpdesk AI bot”, going in circles with completely useless instructions that didn’t solve anything. By the 10th round it finally “gave up” and handed me off to a real person… who hasn’t responded at all

Now I’m just waiting for an email, and I can’t even track if my issue is actually opened
