The propulsion system, a type of scram-jet, utilizes “pulse detonation”. This exploits the fourth order of position, whereas the second order is velocity, and third order is acceleration, the fourth order is “jerk” or ‘Distance/time/time/time’ = Distance/t^3. Just published today, the Guardian is reporting that v-Fluence, a U.S. company that was secretly profiling hundreds of food and environmental health advocates (RFK, Jr., Michael Pollan, Mark Bittman, Vandana Shiva and many others) in a private web portal, has said it has halted the operations in the face of widespread backlash.

The actions of v-Fluence were first revealed by the Guardian and other reporting partners last September.

Two things of note here:

1) Even though it may be shut down -- and that is a victory unto itself -- there is no way to assess the incalculable level of personal and professional damage that this portal may have caused to food and environmental activists.

2) v-Fluence was funded by U.S. tax dollars via a 3rd party.

As per the Guardian story, public spending records show the US Agency for International Development (USAID) contracted with a separate non-governmental organization that manages a government initiative to promote GMO crops in African and Asian countries.

That organization, the International Food Policy Research Institute, then paid v-Fluence a little more than $400,000 from roughly 2013 through 2019 for services that included counteracting critics of “modern agriculture approaches” in Africa and Asia.
