The sale has ended, and the soft cap of $180k was not reached.

As a result, all participant funds will be fully refunded automatically to the original wallets. No action is required from users.

After all the feedback we have gotten from our community, we are delaying the prediction market hackathon launches for them to be more prepared with their own community building efforts, and we will be releasing them as they feel prepared.

Tomorrow, we will also release a roadmap, detailing our primary goals with vibecoins, vibe coded tools in vibeship ecosystem and vibe/vibe as a launchpad.

Sharing also our definite goals and success metrics.

After the questions related to Spark's token airdrop, we wanted to share these with you all, so that all your questions can be answered.

Who's Eligible?

- SFUND Stakers
- SFUND Farmers

Farm and stake positions are evaluated separately, so you can qualify through one, the other, or both.

Farmer Eligibility
- You have been farming for a minimum of 90 days
- Farming activity is based on the current active farm, not historical contracts
- This ensures farming rewards reflect sustained participation in the current setup
- If you have joined farms recently we recommend to move to staking for eligibility

Staker Eligibility
- Users whose wallets have participated in launches with us before may participate via the 30-day pool
- Users without a user history will only qualify through the 90-day pool

Therefore:

☆ If you've been a user of Seedify, and participated in launches with us → staking in the 30-day pool or longer pools, or farming for 3 months, will make you eligible

☆ No recent history as a Seedify launch participation in your wallet → then must stake in the 90-day pool or above

☆ This is so that our older users don't need to lock themselves in for too long, and new users can have a window to become our users.

Side-Chain Maturity

- If maturity hasn't arrived yet, those SFUND amounts will be automatically included in snapshots
- If you claimed and burned for new SFUND, you're evaluated under standard staking/farming criteria
- IMPORTANT: If maturity arrived but you didn't claim/burn, those amounts aren't included, so please don't avoid this

A Note to Long-Term Holders

Many of you supported Seedify well before the last three months — including through the September 2025 incident. If you stepped back during or after that period, this is an open door.

Rejoining the 30-day staking pool now makes you eligible for $SPARK. No complicated process. Your history with the ecosystem matters, and we want long-term supporters to be part of what we're building next. The goal is to accrue the value back to $SFUND too.

For the active stakers, no action is needed.

Airdrops will be automatic; snapshots haven't been taken yet.

Hello Seedify Community,

Some of our community members asked maturity-related questions yesterday, for the airdrop, here are the updates:

1. As long as you're staking in the new pools you will receive the $SPARK airdrop (you don't need to restake if your maturity has come)

Again, as long as you're staking in the new pools, you're eligible regardless if your maturity has come or not!

2. If you were in one of the old SFUND pools in the other chains before hack, and your maturity has come, dont forget to claim them from claim section and stake them in at least the 30 day pool or more.

3. Make sure to burn the old SFUND on BNBchain, if you haven't before Thursday 1PM UTC to claim the new SFUNDs so that you can restake them in the new pools.

Updates on Spark:

- Past 6-7 days, we have been waiting for a hook approval from Uniswap; otherwise, we won't be seen and tradable in their ui, with our creator fee model.

- We are in contact, but since we are dependent on their timeline, won't share a new date and will wait for them to complete the hook approval.

- In the meantime, Spark is learning and improving. Working with her 16-18 hours a day.

- She is becoming a self-improving AI with many layers of learning capabilities. Planning GitHub release on 21st.
