сколько бы я не разрабатывал говна на блокчейне, каждый раз я узнаю только маленькую часть информации о системе, а все остальное это как черная коробка которая работает хуй пойми как и никто не знает в принципе. видимо либо блокчейн убивает часть мозга которая позволяет писать документацию и объяснять как что-то работает либо есть смысл в том чтобы не объяснять как что-то работает. Например люди которые не знают как что-то работает могут быть более склонны к тому чтобы поверить на слово? как МММ считай

Insane Chrome changes: It will require you to explicitly specify why you need to download "dangerous files." Besides opening a page with three new reasons to choose, you need to take 3 extra steps to continue the download. The browser will now prompt users to explain why they are downloading a file flagged as "malicious."
1) The new protection algorithm includes an auto-open download list with a "dangerous download blocked" note for the blocked file.
2) Clicking it will display a few more details, again in the download list, without opening the full-page notification. Specially, you will see the reason why the file is being blocked.
The annoying change is that none of these options allow you to continue the download!
3) To get the file downloaded, you need to navigate to the menu and select the Downloads item. There, you will finally find the button to continue, but it will open a familiar full-page warning on the red background with three new options. The options require you to specify why you are downloading the file Chrome doesn't like. You can pick from:

I trust the site.
I'm willing to accept the risk
The addition of the "reason" selection looks pretty odd, as any of the options allow you to download the file, and the survey is just wasting your time.
