HELP What's My options for a Low-Profile Graphic Card thats Powered by Motherboard?

As in one that powered by the Motherboard. I was given a Pre-Built Machine for free but it doesn't come with a Graphic Card. I think it's has an i5 9th Gen CPU. I'm looking for a Low-Profile GPU that uses the Motherboard Power.

Do you guys have any recommendations on a Gaming Card??
