BIPOCs make up about 65% of medical students who scored below average (under 50th percentile) on the MCAT.
As scores drop, BIPOCs are an increasing share.
Note: My calcs are underestimates due to data limitations. AAMC provides limited information to decompose the various distributions.
In reality, there are about 400 more "below-50th percentile" medical students than the charts below indicate.

There are many specialized anti-racist programs that allow matriculation without having to take the MCAT at all.
