This part is "unincorporated" so they pay taxes for police but only get like one sheriff. But mostly it was about the female BLM Soros nigger mayor of Baton Rouge taking $50+ million in taxes from this area and spending it all on her nigger zone and corrupt government positions for her nigger friends and family. She wouldn't even fix the fucking potholes. The final straw was that all the niggers from BR flooded their schools and completely ruined them.

This new city accomplishes the following:
>ALL taxes in the new city stay in the city. Nothing is shared with Baton Roughe niggers.
>The city can have it's own police force
>The city can control how it's taxes are spent
>The new city doesn't have to allow niggers kids from BR to attend their schools. ONLY kids from the new city can attend the schools there.

Also note the New city is still 20% black, just not 80% black like Baton Rouge.
