The White House released the top secret "Indo-Pacific Strategic Framework" which will not be declassified until 2043 at the earliest, instructing the United States to:
(1) Destroy all sea and air advantages of the Chinese Communist Party within the first island chain.
(2) Defend the countries within the first island chain, including Taiwan.
(3) The United States dominates all areas outside the first island chain.
