— Last Tuesday (10), the Senate plenary approved a bill that revokes the National Security Law, thus creating new rules and definitions on "crimes against democracy and national sovereignty"
— In February, the Minister of the Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes used the National Security Law to order the arrest of right-wing MP Daniel Silveira. The congressman had released a video that was considered a "threat" to democracy
