Mountain European - Banking System - May receive 1% interest loans. 10% price modification when buying or selling.
Scandinavian- Relaxing Waters- Hot springs always count as safe for a short rest. +30% additional resistance to cold.
Finnish - White Death - Reroll all failed stealth rolls in snow once per attempt. +5 bonus to comedy.
