The Index Index - Index on Censorship is a pilot project that uses machine learning techniques (data analysis) to map the freedom of expression scenario in 174 countries.
At the sixth level, Brazil is classified as having “Limited” freedom of expression. Ahead of Brazil, appear countries like Argentina, Honduras, South Africa, among others.
The index also breaks down each country's sum total into isolated factors such as digital, academic and journalistic means of expression.
