🇧🇷🚩🤐 — The Federal Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF-PB) asked for the arrest of Sikêra Jr., a television presenter, for a crime of speaking.
Currently, Sikêra Jr. presents the ‘National Alert’ in the early evenings of RedeTV!, but the episode that became a case of Justice happened on June 5, 2018, when he was still the noscriptholder of Cidade em Ação, shown on TV Arapuã.
According to the MPF, Sikêra Jr made racist and misogynistic statements at the time against a young black woman in state custody.
According to the body's complaint, Sikêra went beyond the limits of freedom of expression by inciting, inflaming and propagating hate speech with acts of gender discrimination, prejudice, exclusion and stigmatization, violating human dignity, as provided for in the Constitution in its Article 1 .
