⚠️ President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) said that Vladimir Putin will be able to come to Brazil to participate in the G20 summit next year without running the risk of being arrested.

In the event of landing on Brazilian soil, the Public Prosecutor's Office could request Vladimir's arrest, based on the ICC warrant, and it would be up to the Court to determine compliance. Both institutions are independent of the Executive and, in theory, Lula could not intervene to prevent Putin's arrest."
