Unfortunately I also became a victim of the telegram update JUST NOW.

As a mainly iOS user, I feel like I should be fine with it but my brain is NOT braining when I open the app.

Like it is not giving iOS because of the spacings, and also I don't how to describe it but iOS designs feel tighter (like skinny jeans)

while androids are let loose and free (like wide jeans). Like why do my fingers have to do a screen travel vlog to the south just to reach the settings.

One thing I’ve realized lately is this:
Feeling like you have big potential but doing nothing with it will actually make your life worse.

At least some people are comfortable in their own skin. They’ve accepted the life they want to live and act accordingly, whatever that action may be.
But if you believe you’re meant for big things and still act in the opposite way, that’s ego. And it slowly eats at you.

Because every day passes and you’re still in the same place not moving while others who started with you are at least trying. And whether they’re making progress or not, their effort alone will make you question yourself.

So in my opinion, the solution is simple:
Either start doing something about your “big goals” or be honest enough to admit you don’t actually want them.

⤷ What steps are being taken to help Ethiopian developers access Google Cloud services, given that they can’t pay in birr and also face difficulties paying in U.S. dollars?

It was mentioned that they are working on it and it's not something that just happens the next day for legal and financial reasons but they do a workaround to solve this problem through partnerships.

Like Google play console registration was allowed in late 2024. It's something they worked on.

⤷ What is Google doing with Gemini to support local languages and help it understand the language and culture here?

They said gemini is just a baby that you need to teach so, take your phone out and converse with it on daily basis.

⤷ How are you building the insfrasture and polices of your products when going into markets (Gov related)?

They pointed an example of wanting Gemini to be bold but responsible.

It's not just launch and party but it's an iterative process where the respobility part comes with continous testing of every product and making sure that they're serving the purpose that they're meant to in different markets.

Deep down it is collaboration between governments, the regulators, and google to ensure that they put the best policies that are pro-innovation.

They mentioned it's key for Ethiopia’s rules help innovation while staying stable, while they will make sure online content is safe, legal, and follows their guidelines.
