Acceptance of Terms: By using our middleman service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
Denoscription of Service: Our middleman service facilitates transactions between two parties by acting as an intermediary. We help ensure a smooth and secure exchange of goods, services, or funds.
User Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate information and you agree not to use our service for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Prohibited Activities: We strictly prohibit escrowing illegal or malicious deals under any circumstances. We maintain a strong commitment to facilitating lawful and ethical transactions only, with zero tolerance for exceptions.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our service. We are not liable for crypto prices decreasing and we have the right to operate our Escrow services under a fixed rate if crypto increases during the deal and a float rate if crypto decreases.
Transactions: We will facilitate transactions based on the instructions provided by both parties. Any disputes between parties must be resolved directly between the parties involved. If not, we will take control in resolving disputes at our discretion.
