The Famingo Accord App provides an amazing experience, inspired by the UI of Apply Music. It has support for local files and also playback support of Hi-Res Audio files in a very lightweight and compact application size. Must try it if you're planning to get Apple Music for the future. Just for information the project is currently abandoned but the Application Package is available on GitHub.

Try this GCam. I think it's pretty good, most importantly it supports most of the things and also doesn't kill Music Applications in the background while using the application. It's well optimised.
