This is carbon fiber filled polyphenylene sulfide (CF-PPS for short). After CF-PPS has been fully annealed, it is one of the hardest and most chemically resistant thermoplastics known to man. It is so hard that it makes a metallic sound when you drop it, which is what you hear in this video.
Also a fun fact: Annealed CF-PPS has a glass transition temperature of around 220C, which is just hot enough to print some of your consumer materials!
