🚨 Important Update for Digital Product Sellers

If you sell content, courses, or other digital products, make sure you’ve enabled the Telegram Stars ⭐️ payments. This is a mandatory requirement from Apple. Without it, iPhone users will not be able to complete purchases in your store.

If you prefer to receive payments through alternative methods, you can enable manual payment and add your payment details in the order status via the CRM. This option is available to all users, regardless of device.

🚫 User Blocking

You can now manage access to your store directly from the bot chat:

/ban <telegram_id> — block a user
/unban <telegram_id> — unblock a user

Blocked users won’t be able to place orders or contact store support via the bot. Full control is in your hands!

Sometimes you want buyers to enter data in a specific format - like exactly 10 digits or a date.

Example:

^\d{10}$ → exactly 10 digits

🔗 External Link for Products

You can now add a button to your product that links to an external website - for example, a product page on a marketplace, a landing page, or your own website.

Buyers will see the button directly on the product card and can quickly proceed to purchase outside of Telegram. This feature can complement in-app purchases or be used to fully redirect the customer.

Why is this useful?
You retain your Telegram audience while gaining the ability to follow up and maintain control over your sales funnel - even if the purchase happens off-platform.

To enable it, go to Store Settings → Premium → External Links. Each product will now include a new property: "Product External Links".
