Good news, i got 4.9 kernel booting on land

We booted into rom on land

Also good news. Santoni booted into a 4.9 kernel

RIL maybe not working
Led maybe not working
Bluetooth maybe not working

Bugs:
- RIL(cell network and calls) can be broken in some roms
- Fingerprint can be non-working
