What's different from other 4.19:
- CPUfreq_hw and devfreq_fw drivers instead of cpu osm + gov
- Simplified EAS instead of Legacy EAS

Probably single core perf is better, but multicore worser

I'm leaving 4.19 Poco F1 Project due to ICPC and exams. Would continue working on 4.19 in ~ February

Current 4.19 status on Poco F1: - Audio - BT - BT audio - BT offload - Camera ⚠️ (Not sure, but maybe camera focus is broken) - Camera IR (Might need to recheck) - DDR BUS (currently: {min=50mhz, max=451mhz}, stock: {min=150mhz, max=933mhz}, FKM…
About 4.19 issues: camera focus is static(might need new S/R 4.9 camera stack to fix, also CameraIR works strange), need to adapt dts(qpnp pwm -> qti lpg) lm3644 changes, other stuff feels fine
