New kernel v2.3(For Pie, Q)

Bugs:
- If someone face low-speed charging then disable usb fast-charge option in Xiaomi-add-on(Especially for Havoc)

Changelog:
- Bluetooth problem in Android Q is fixed(Thx Bikram)

P.S. As i know Clang11 heats the phone more than DragonTC10

Best way to install kernel is to wipe system, vendor, cache, dalvik cache and then install firmware, rom, dfe(if need), kernel. (U won't lose anything)

🔋 backup is great
I think new build of Legendary Phoenix will be without any optimization except O3, cortex-a53 and armv8-a, because others decrease battery backup as I understand.
Also I won't use Clang11 more, because when u use kernel compiled with it, the phone overheats
Please compare this kernel to v2.3DTC10 and tell me please about battery backup and heat differences.
To better comparing you should install kernel like this:

"Best way to install kernel is to wipe system, vendor, cache, dalvik cache and then install firmware, rom, dfe(if need), kernel. (U won't lose anything)"
