Years ago, "a Boer delegation" was invited to settle in Stavropol. The Russian politicians claimed that they're going to resettle 15 000 Boers. In reality, it was overstated: the so-called "delegation" was a preacher and his Facebook followers and only a handful ever settled from this grand scheme.
Contrary to Russian efforts to "save us", this is not the Russian state, but local oblasts seeking economic gain. Nobody is leaving, these schemes will not realize.
We already have our home, we already have our duties.
