Russia is now spending 2% of its GDP (or 10% of their current military spendings) to pay their military salaries. Shouldn't be a secret anymore they're expanding their army for something more than takeover of Ukraine.

How will the West react? Put more homosexuals and inclusive people in their militaries, decease military spendings and make fifty thousand artillery shells per month.
