❗️Centre of Kyiv was bombed this morning with rocket and missiles, a number of other Ukrainian cities including Dnipro and Lviv also were hit, a University and a playground were targeted in Kyiv, unconfirmed number of civilian casualties but we can expect HIGH.

As we read on a Croatian channel dedicated to the Ukrainian war, these attacks this morning remind very much of the Serbian led Yugoslavian bombing of Zagreb in 1995 during the Croatian war for independence, towards the end of the war once the Yugoslavian army was defeated on the battle field resorted to indiscriminate terrorism in downtown Zagreb out of revenge and despair, it seems Putin is leading the same path.
