So according to pro-russian media, Ukraine managed to damage 5-6 strategic bombers, and even destroy one Tu-95.

As far as I remember, there is a treaty of nuclear powers and aviation which can carry them, has one interesting rule:

If your strategic/tactical bombers, which can carry nuclear weapons, somehow got destroyed, you have to report it to other nuclear powers immediately, for safety reasons.

If Russia does not report the loss of Tu-95, (if it turns out to be true, of course) they will be exiled from previously said treaty, and will be possibly de-nuclearised, as they're not responsible enough to keep such kind of destructive weapon.

All of the text above will possibly happen if loss of Tu-95 turns out to be true. I will not make any assumptions beforehand.
