Here I am once more. Reaching, No more running. No more blurred lines; tunes that fade away my thoughts. This is me.
Surrounded with mirrors, ones that are clear and acute, I no longer question my deepest questions. I see myself, only to learn that I had, always. I hope there is more because this can’t be the whole point. It shouldn’t. Now that I’m burdened with universal freedom to doors only my imagination can bound, the darkness in the grey fades into a peaceful fog that ties my energy to where I stand, sit, cross my legs and breathe. Somewhere between letting thoughts be thoughts and the fear of not being able to grab the air. “Is where I am the gift, the answer to my prayers or am I once again trapped in my own solitary?” “Neither, I am where I am.” “Where?” “The beginning.” Calmness overcomes voices, Darkness becomes a choice for balance. It is, not very long ago, that I’ve learned that Time… is still.
This is not real, it barely even began, with a story that crescendos as it began. With a story of hope, with a story to love. Everything else before was a prequel to set this story right.

You know, for a second there, I had forgotten the mortifying reality of my utter solitude. I don’t mean being alone, don’t confuse those two. When you get a hang of playing “life”, you tend to forget how easily you can forget. There are just somethings they will never understand, a line that divides the living with the alive. You're probably wondering why does he have to say that now
WELL I felt like it.
Maybe it's a reminder to you that I had been a human all along.
Maybe it's to say this is an original song, cause I'm tired of answering questions to what I'm all About,
Like.. He a jocker, or ripped off another song,
Start to finish, cause I found my voice now.
Something you can't take away like the amount of love, I spilled.
A part of me I'd lost trying to find a way, to love or be loved or something along the way.
I realized humanity was corrupted before the once around me,
I was silenced to speak up, so I spoke back to me.
Battled guilt and shame even for the times it never came from me.
For the times I had wished death would pardon my way, For the times I felt high and thought it wouldn't stay.
See I learned way before,
fairness was the chip of God
It had to be taken away
Cause we couldn't be trusted with that.

I saw myself fail and made my peace with that
and then made my way back cause
there was nothing to get back,
From rockbottoms I got tired to count.
Cause when I look back, my history doesn't feel like mine,
I have to reassure myself
It's gonna be fine.
They won't know your demons, they can't see your cries,
cause afterall, you are what you've decided to put up to the light
You are what you've shown them, and it might not be true, but understand that it had never been you
