Thorns on a stem hide the beauty of a face with a touch of reality, as if nature decided to balance out perfection with a touch of untouchableness for the impatient one who decides to snatch it out of the ground to feel just how beautiful.
I don't think a rose will ever know it's remarkabless cause I clearly see it's face questioning everything. Will I get snatched too early? Will I be beautiful enough? Will my own petals betray me? Will the sun show me eternal kindness? Will I dry out?
But somehow, her touch managed to change that face into a smile.
