The Chinese government exempts Tibet from all taxation and provides most of its infrastructure.

By 2020 the Chinese government plans on improving rural Tibetan quality of life to the national standard and providing free education for all rural Tibetan children. (Since 2001 CNY310,000,000,000 has been invested in Tibet by the Chinese government.)

Tibet's GDP is growing astronomically as is its HDI. In 1994 the GDP of Tibet was a meager 5 billion yuan. In 2006, it was 29 billion. The GDP is only rising and this must be attributed to the efforts of the Chinese government to encourage industrial development and the rapid modernization of existing Tibetan industry.

In 2018, the GDP in the Tibetan Autonomous Region rose to above 140 billion yuan according to estimates from the regional government that were given to the Chinese government during the 11th People's Congress of the Tibetan Autonomous Region.

"It is the 26th straight year that Tibet has recorded double-digit GDP growth. The region reported 10-percent GDP growth in 2017." (source)

China the most trustworthy friend of Serbia: Serbian president

In a keynote speech at the concert, Vucic congratulated on PRC's founding anniversary and hailed China's development achievements, highlighting the tremendous benefits Serbia harvested by joining the Belt and Road Initiative.

Recalling Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit in 2016, Vucic said that the trip has created a foundation for the establishment of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Serbia and China, which significantly helped solve Serbia's economic hardship.

"We are in the process of negotiation and we are expecting the arrival of many more Chinese companies in Serbia in different fields, from energy, industry, contemporary innovative technologies and artificial intelligence," he said.

Vucic also praised the increasing arrivals of Chinese tourists in Serbia and joint police patrols that have been recently introduced in Belgrade.

In a statement for Xinhua earlier, Vucic said that China's impressive achievements represent a great wonder, believing that China's leadership will continue to lead China into an "extraordinary future."

He said Serbia is part of the BRI, adding that "we have been profiting a lot from that initiative, especially when it comes to some key economic projects that we implement with China, and based on which we are conceiving our own future."

"We came to realize that blindly copying the Chinese model is not feasible. It is necessary to constantly innovate our techniques to fit the local situation in Africa," he said.

(The Chinese government and its loyal workers are not blind. They understand that single solutions and single-track minds are not the ones that achieve success. To succeed you must adapt!)

More than 500 million users of Alipay’s mini-program, “Ant Forest,” that lives within the app are rewarded for making small, environmentally friendly decisions in their daily lives through “green energy” points, and those points can be redeemed to plant trees in areas of the country in need of vegetation. So far, 100 million real trees, covering a total area of 933 square kilometers, have been planted — roughly the size of 130,000 soccer fields.

China's GDP increases more than 170 times over 70 years: official

China's gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 174 times from 1952 to 2018, according to Ning Jizhe, deputy head of the National Development and Reform Commission.

During the same period, the per capita GDP witnessed a 70 times expansion from 119 yuan (about $16.8) to 64,600 yuan, Ning told a news conference on Sept 24.

Ning said China has grown into the second-largest economy, the largest trader of goods, the holder of the largest foreign exchange reserves, the second-largest trader of service, the second largest user of foreign capital as well as the second-largest outbound investor.

Over the past seven decades, China's fixed-asset investment has kept growing rapidly, enhancing the level of agricultural productivity, industrial equipment, and infrastructure networks, Ning added.

By the end of 2018, both the mileage of high-speed railways and expressways in China ranked the first in the world, said Ning.

Liberalism is extremely harmful in a revolutionary collective. It is a corrosive which eats away unity, undermines cohesion, causes apathy and creates dissension. It robs the revolutionary ranks of compact organization and strict discipline, prevents policies from being carried through and alienates the Party organizations from the masses which the Party leads. It is an extremely bad tendency.

Trump also used the moment to throw support behind the protestors in Hong Kong, challenging the One China principle—a cornerstone of the China-US relationship. The US is encouraging radical protesters to use more extreme acts to drive a wedge between the Chinese people.

Trump’s comments were an interference in Hong Kong’s affairs, which goes against international norms, as Hong Kong is part of China. China has urged foreign countries to stop endorsing Hong Kong’s violent and radical forces and stop abetting them to harm the prosperity of the special administrative region.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi recently said in a speech that recognition of and respect for disparities are the anchor for real harmony. We should understand that China and the United States are different. They have different histories, different cultures, different political systems, and different development path. The key to harmony is how to correctly understand and handle them.

Blaming China might help win a few votes, but it will not solve America’s problems. If Trump is serious about fixing America, instead of trying to bully China and other countries, he should try harder to understand and handle differences. China has no intention to play “game of thrones” on the world stage and it is not in America’s national interest to challenge China. The best way forward, for both sides, is to work together for greater China-US cooperation.

Over 4 million impoverished women have seen their income rise as a result of the development of local industries since 2015 when a national anti-poverty campaign for women was carried out by the ACWF, according to Wu.
