I've recently started using the Codeium extension, and it's good—fast and precise.
I tested it with React, Laravel, Next.js, and PHP, and I was satisfied with the results.

If your laravel version is old (tested on laravel v8), it's likely that crash your vscode defualt intellisense (I dunno just mine got stopped working as soon as I enabled it).
If you're using Arvan cdn, try Log Forwarding feature.
